Welcome to The TIME Center

The TIME Center is a partnership among manufacturing stakeholders in Maryland that creates solutions to address the workforce development needs critical to the growth, productivity and competitiveness of Maryland’s manufacturers. The TIME Center mission is to work collaboratively with its industry, government and education partners to:

develop a comprehensive support system that will assist regional manufacturers to meet their current and future workforce needs
improve the technical and workplace support skills of new and existing technicians and workers
